Our Story

A cup of specialty coffee in Tibet (of all places) opened our eyes to the possibilities in coffee profiles. We started roasting beans back home to replicate the experience we had in Tibet. Once that was achieved, we decided that the world had to experience it too.

Thus, CUT Coffee Roasters and our Apollo roast was born. 

A micro-roastery founded in Singapore, we set out with a single mission: to source, roast, and serve coffees that are as precise and intentional as the people who drink them.

Our micro-roastery is where science meets intuition. Each batch is carefully profiled to highlight the natural flavours of the beans. We roast in small batches to ensure consistency and freshness in every bag that leaves our doors.
